About Recipe

Ingredients Required: 1/2 cup salted butter 1/2 cup powdered sugar 1 tbsp cornstarch 1 cup APF 1/8 tsp baking soda Pinch of Salt 1/4 tsp lemon juice 1//2 tsp Lemon zest 1/8 tsp Fab Mint essence 1/8 tsp Fab Rum essence Method: 1) In a bowl take room temperature butter add baking soda just mix now add powder sugar, corn starch, salt and cream together until light and fluffy. 2) Now add lemon juice, lemon zest, mint essence, rum essence and just mix. 3) Add flour to butter cream mixture and just fold to form a dough.. Do not knead. 4) Roll into plastic wrap and refrigerate for half and hour. 5) Roll the dough into thin sheet and cut the cookies with desired shapes. 6) Place them on a Non stick baking sheet and bake at 180 degree Celsius for around 25 mins. Time may very as per the thickness and as per your oven settings. So keep a watch while baking. 7) For chocolate coating (optional) Take 1/4 cup chocolate in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave with 10 seconds of intervals, once chocolate melts add 2 drops of Fab oil soluble Rum essence and mix. Take one cookie(completely cooled) and coat with chocolate and keep on parchment paper. Repeat same process for all the cookies. Set them in fridge for 10 Mts.. And ready to serve with milk or Coffee or as it is...
