    once the cookies cool pack and store them in an airtight container.
About Recipe

These cookies have a great coconut texture and Pineapple flavour

Ingredients
Flour 100gm
Desiccated coconut  25gm
Baking powder  1/4 tsp
Baking  soda 1/8 tsp
Butter  60gm
Castor sugar 50gm
Milk 5 to 7ml
Fab pineapple essence 1/4 tap. 
Method
  • Butter and castor sugar to be beaten till light and fluffy.
  • Add fab Pineapple essence, yellow liquid colour and salt to the sugar and butter mixture. Mix well.
  • Mix all dry ingredients in butter and sugar  mixture and make a soft dough..
  • If the dough is hard add 5 to 7 ml milk to get desire soft consistency.
  • Cover the dough with cling film and refrigerate  for 30 min.
  • Roll the dough evenly (keep the half cm thickness)
  • Using cookies cutter, make desired shape  and keep it in baking tray or make equal sized balls and keep it in baking tray.
  • Preheat the oven at the required temperature for 5 to 6 min.
  • It takes 160 to 170 degrees  for 15 min for baking (However  it also depends on the oven temperature.)
Assembling

Cool before assembling cookies Serve with coffee or tea.
