Ingredients
Wheat flour - 2 cup 
2 tb spoon suji
Dry Coconut - ½ cup (grated)
Sugar 1 cup
Ghee - 1cup (chilled)
Gondh(edible gum) - 2 tbsp(optional)
Cashew nuts - 20
Almonds - 15-20
Melon seeds -  1/4 cup
Green cardamom - 5
Cumin powder -1 tsp
Ginger powder - 1 tsp
Pistachios - 1 tbsp
Kamar kass - 1 tbsp(optional)
1/2 cup chilled milk
1/2 t.spoon baking powder
1/4 t.spoon baking soda
Method
  • 1)Take half the amount of ghee in a pan and make it medium warm. Break Gond in fine pieces and fry them until they turn light brown in color and puffy. Fry all gond and take it out in a plate
  • 2)Chop all the dry fruits in a very small pieces.
  • 3)Fry kamar kass just for 1 minute and take it out in separate plate. It takes seconds to fry.
  • 4) In a large mixing bowl mix ghee and Powdered sugar.
  • 5) Add wheat flour, suji, baking powder, baking soda and pinch of salt.
  • 6) Add  cardamom powder,all the chopped dryfruits,ginger powder,gond,kamarkas and cumin powder.
  • 7) Add milk and combine well.
  • 8) Give shape of to cookies.
  • 9)bake the biscuits in preheated oven at 160 degree celsius for 15 minutes or till the edges turn slightly golden.

Me Ruchi Bhatia,a fashion designer by qualification but a baker by choice. I quit my job as a fashion designer after my first pregnancy. My passion towards cooking started pretty early at the age of 9 itself. Cooking is a stress buster for me. I love to experiment with new ingredients and create something new. My kitchen is my lab and my family is my guinea pig. I started baking professionally five years ago. I baked my first fancy cake for my friend's son birthday, I haven't looked back after that. My venture's name is 'Sweetversations'....I love to converse with people regarding their choice of flavours for their orders so I named my baby as "Sweetversations" aka sweet conversations My motto is  'Always ready to explore and experiment'
