INGREDIENTS
Ghee or Oil 3 tbsp
1 Cup Rice Soaked
2 Cup water for rice
Fab Rose flavour
Red chilli whole 2 pc
Pinch of cinnamon
1/2 tsp Jeera
1/2 tsp Turmeric
1/2 tsp Corriander powder
Few Raisins
Few Cahews
Few Peanuts
Onion 1
Carrot chopped
Beans chopped
Potato Chopped
Corriander few
Curry leaves few
Toasted coconut
METHOD

In a pan add ghee and fry Cashwes, rasins and peanuts and keep it aside.
In the same pan add Oil / Ghee around 3 tbsp and once oil is heated add Jeera, red chilli whole. Add curry leaves along and add Onion and stir.
Once onion turns pink add little salt and add chopped vegetables with turmeric. Keep stirring the vegetables. Cook till it gets a little soft with little water.
Add spices red chilli, corriander, cinnamon or any other spices as per your taste.
Add the rice and water and add Fab Rose flavour to the water. Let the rice cook on low flame. Once the rice is cooked garnish with coriander and toasted coconut and serve it hot.
The rose flavour was quite refreshing and it added uinque richness to the vegetable biryani.
