INGREDIENTS
~ Ingredients for halwa ~ • carrot 3 nos. • sugar 4 tbsp • malai 1/2 cup • Ghee 1 tbsp • milk 1/2 cup • vanilla essence 1/2 tbsp • cashew, almond and kishmish ~ Sahi tukda Ingredients ~ • bread 4 nos. • Ghee • sugar 1/2 cup • water ~ Rabdi Ingredients ~ • milk 500 gram • milk powder 4 tbsp • elaichi • vanilla essence 1/2 tbsp |
METHOD
☆ take a pan add Ghee and add grated carrot in it and saute it for 5 mins. Then after add milk and stir it for 5 mins. Than after add malai and sugar in it and stir it for 5 mins. Now add cashew, almond, kishmish and vanilla essence in it. Your carrot halwa is ready.
☆ cut a bread in round shape and fry it until it changes it Color to brown. Now take a pan and add 1/2 cup sugar and water and make a chashni of 1 tar. Now dip the fried bread for 2 mins. Your Sahi tukda is ready.
☆ Take a bowl and add milk and milk powder in it and mix it properly. Now take a pan and add milk in it now stir it for 2 mins and add the above mixture of milk and milk powder in it. And boil it for 10-15 mins. Now add elaichi powder and vanilla essence to it. Rabdi is ready.
☆ now assemble all the items. First take a glass and add 1st layer of carrot halwa. Now take 2nd layer of bread. And pour the rabdi on bread. Now add the dry fruits on the top of it. Now follow the steps again.
