Short Recipe Description

This is nothing to do with my mom coz neither my mom nor me ever thought I would become a cake decorator😀.
But I as a Mom always wanted to bake cake for my kids & their birthdays. So started this profession when I left my job for 2nd maternity.... after that no looking back or never felt unhappy why I left that job. Each cake teaches new technique and every day try to learn something new.
This is a plain vanilla cake with vanilla cream. Now what's grt in this???🤔
When I get such good sheen n sharp edges on a blank canvas why I not flaunt it...
Here goes the recipe for my go to vanilla cake

INGREDIENTS
Maida 94g
Soda 1/2tsp
Salt a pinch
Sugar 100g
Oil 30ml
Butter 30ml
Milk+vinegar 120ml+1/2tbsp
Vinegar 1tsp
Vanilla essence 1tsp
METHOD

Sieve dry ingredients. Mix room temp milk n vinegar, keep aside. Preheat the oven to 180deg for 10mnts. Grease 6"pan n place the butter paper n keep aside. For the dry ingredients add oil, melted butter, powdered sugar, milk vinegar mixture, vanilla n mix everything well. Lastly add a tsp of vinegar n mix gently. Bake for 20-25mnts.
