Urad dal sabudana snacky

INGREDIENTS
2 1/2 cups - Urad dal
1cup - sabudana
2 - onion medium size
10-12 - green chillies
2tbsp - cummin
1/2 bunch - curry leaves
1 bunch - coriander leaves
1/4th tsp - Baking soda
Per taste - salt
Apyura Natkhat Chatpat Premium spread - 2 tbsp
Oil - for deep fry


METHOD

Soak Urad dal for 4 hrs and grind it into thick paste like how we grind for vada. And soak sabudana for 2 hrs and after 2 hrs strain sabudana into strainer. Now in a mixer jar grind green chillies and jeera. ( don't grind it into paste) Now chopp 2 onions curry leaves and coriander.Now in a bowl add urad dal paste, sabudana, chopped onions, greenchiilie jeera mixture, curry leaves, coriander leaves, salt as per taste, 1/4th tsp baking soda and 2tbsp of apyura natkhat Chatpat premium spread and mix together.

Assembling

Now heat the oil in a khadia and make small circles and deep fry the vada and take it out when it turns golden brown colour and garnish with coriander leaves and put apyura natkhat Chatpat premium spread in piping bag and swrile it on top of the vada.

Baker Tips/Notes

Don't wear sulk clothes while cooking any oily items like while doing any deep fry and don't sanitize your hand and start cooking and stove flame catches sanitizer and your hand burns
