INGREDIENTS
Ingredients - Spinach cake - Bottom layer 1. Spinach - 85g 2. Fresh cream - 15g 3. Oil - 65g 4. Egg - 1 piece 5. Sugar - 85g 6. Fab creamy vanilla - ½ tsp 7. All purpose flour - 110g 8. Baking powder - 1 ¼ tsp 9. Salt - pinch Ingredients - Cream Cheese cake - Middle layer 1. Cream cheese - 100g 2. Egg - 1 piece 3. Sugar - 40g 4. Cornflour - 3 tbsp 5. Fab premium cream cheese flavour - 5 drops Ingredients - Carrot cake - Top layer 1. Carrots, grated - 80g 2. Egg - 1 piece 3. Yoghurt - 60g 4. Oil - 70g 5. Fab oil soluble cardamom essence - ¼ tsp 6. Sugar - 90g 7. All purpose flour - 85g 8. Baking soda - ½ tsp 9. Salt - pinch 10. Orange food colour - 2 drops |
METHOD
Method
1. For the spinach cake, mix together flour, baking powder and salt.
2. Steam fresh spinach and grind it into a paste.
3. In another bowl, mix spinach with the fresh cream thoroughly.
4. Now add oil and sugar.
5. At the end, add egg and creamy vanilla flavour.
6. Now mix the dry ingredients into the wet mixture.
7. Fill up the bottom layer of the cupcake liner with this spinach batter.
8. For the cream cheese cake, whisk the cream cheese with the sugar properly.
9. Now add egg into the mixture and whisk thoroughly.
10. Fold in cornflour into it.
11. At the end add fab premium cream cheese flavour.
12. Fill up the middle layer of the cupcake liner with this cream cheese batter.
13. For the carrot cake, mix flour, baking soda and salt together.
14. In another bowl, mix castor sugar and oil.
15. Now add yoghurt into it and mix.
16. Add egg into the mixture and whisk.
17. Now add fab cardamom flavour and orange food colour.
18. Now add grated carrot and fold in the dry mixture into the wet mixture.
19. Fill up the top layer of the cupcake liner with this carrot cake batter.
20. Bake the cupcakes at 170℃ for 20 mins.
21. After baked cupcakes get cooled, decorate with cream cheese frosting.
