Short Recipe Description

A beautiful blend of thandai and mango and both are summer special ones so perfectly gone with this beat the heat concept

INGREDIENTS
whipping cream 3/4 cup
mango puree 1/2 cup
Apyura mango spread 8 tbsp
diced mango 3/4 cup
cake sponge baked with fab oil-soluble thandai essence
sugar 4tsp
orange colour -few drops
chilled milk
silvered pistachios 1 tbsp
mango syrup or aamras 1/4 cup
METHOD

First in a nonstick pan cook the mango puree and sugar for few mnts until it became a bit thick .Once done switch off the gas and add orange gel color and keep aside to cool. Now take another bowl and mix the spread and milk and make a smooth mixture .Now put the whipping cream in a bowl and beat that once it get a bit thick add 2/3 tbsp of spread mixture and beat untill you get soft peaks . keep it in fridge Now mix the rest the thandai mixture in mango puree .

Assembling

Take a tall or wide glass .Put the cake slice in the bottom and soaked with mango syrup or aamras and wait for a few mints . Now spread mango thandai spread nicely spread mango chunks and sprinkle slivered pistachios .Now put the cream in a piping bag fitted with a round nozzle and fill 3/4th of the glass now spread mango thandai puree and then fill with cream .Level with the spatula and topped with diced mango and mint leaves or silvered pistachios.Keep in fridge for 4/6 hours before serve
