Short Recipe Description

Donuts with fusion flavour thandai. Thandai & kesar mastani Mousse of apyura thandai spread & apyura spread kesar mastani

INGREDIENTS
Donuts
1/4 cup warm milk
3 tbsp sugar
2 TSP Yeast
2 cup maida
2 tbsp thandai powder
1/8 TSP salt
1/2 cup water
11/2 tabsp butter
1 TSP thandai fab premium flavour

Thandai & kesar mastani Mousse shot
1 tbsp thandai powder
1/2 cup fresh cream
3/4 cup chopped white chocolate
1 cup whipped Cream
1 TSP kashmiri saffron fab premium flavour
1 TSP thandai fab premium flavour
1 tbsp apyura thandai spread
1 tbsp kesar mastani apyura spread
Dryfruit & dry rose petals garnish
METHOD

Donuts recipe method
1) Frist a bowl in warm milk add sugar mix very well then yeast mix and 10 min aside
2) 2 nd Bowl mix maida , thandai powder,salt thandai fab Flavour & Kashmiri saffron fab Flavour
3) dry ingredients mix wet ingredients mix very well add little little water add a soft dough.
4) rest atleast 30 min.
5) then plan surface again need dough and cut donuts shape & again rest 15 min
6) after 15 min fry oil as golden brown colour.

Thandai kesar mastani Mousse shot method
1) first of pan fresh cream , thandai podwer, thandai fab Flavour,kashmiri saffron fab Flavour ,apyura thandai spread & apyura kesar mastani spread on low heat mix it .
2) then the hot batter take it out in white chocolate bowl mix it well.
3) and mix whipped cream slowly slowly
4) let the mousse set in the fridge for atleast 30 min and then serve.
