INGREDIENTS
Desi m videshi tadka-Gulabjaamun( desi) Tart & mousse -(videsi) In this rcp I made 1.Pineapple cinamon tart 2.Thandaai mousse 3.Gulabjaamun *Ing for tart.. 80 gm flour (50 gm wheat flour +30 gm maida) 42 gm butter 1/2 tbsp oil 1/8 TSP salt 1/2 tbsp sugar 1/4 TSP Cinamon Fab pineapple ass-1_2 drops Rcp-First heat butter Nd oil in a non stick pan ,add around 2 tbsp water,salt,sugar mix ol Nd let th butter melt completely.switch off the heat,add flour ,cinamon powder and mix well till everything will b well combined,set aside to cool.line mini tart moulds with the small portion of the dough.bake in preheated oven for 12_15 mints.Remove from heat and cool.Tart is ready. *Ing for Thandaai mousse 1 tbsp homemade thandaai powder 1/2 cup Amul fresh cream 1 TSP safforn water 1/4 cup white chocolate 1/2 cup whipped cream *Rcp-Heat fresh cream in a non stick pan and bring to boil ,add thandaai masala Nd off flame ,Take white chocolate in a bowl and add hot cream mixture ,mix well till the chocolate melts....aftr cool add whipp cream and fold gently.this is the Thandaai Mousse,set it in freeze for 1_2 hours. *Angoori Gulabjaamun *Ing Ghee- for fry 100 gm khoya 10_12 gm maida Sugar for syrup Just a drop of fab pineapple assence Silver warq |
METHOD
*Method-first mix th maava nd maida very well until it becum smooth add a single drop of fab pineapple assence.....make small bolls around 5 gm of dough.....make ol same sizes Nd fry in very low flame till th golden brown clr cum..till thn tak another pan and add 1 cup of sugar Nd soak it water Nd bring it to boil ...after sugar disolve off th flame.....deep th jasmuns in syrup.Angoori jasmuns r ready.
#Serving_First take a tart ,apply the cool thandaai mousse on it with th help of piping bag bag,pour sm safforn water on it Nd place th tiny jaamuns on it.....on jaamun decorate wid silver warq.....Nd njoy th TMT....(THANDAAI TART MOON)......Thank u ol admins ,chef sir Nd the bakers family Nd friends
