INGREDIENTS

8 hot red tomatoes 4 4 tsp Olive or refined oil 4 cloves Garlic finely chopped 2 tbsp.. Basil Leaves finely chopped 1/2 tsp sugar 3/4 red chilli powder. Salt to taste 1/2 tsp oregano 1/4 tsp chilli flakes 1tbsp tomato sauce 1/2tbsp butter Fab ketchup flavours |
METHOD
Boil tomatoes for 10 minutes.
Peel the skin
Blend to smooth pureee.
Heat oil in a non stick pan.
Add garlic and saute .
Add tomato puree and cook.
Mix well and Basil sugar chilli powder oregano chilli flakes and salt.
Mix well and get the sauce to a boil.
Simmer for 10 minutes or till sauce turns thick.
Add tomato sauce and butter
Pizza sauce is ready
Use for pizza and pasta
Shelf life 15 days.
