 Recipe Name :- Sweet fondue

I am sharing four recipe creamy dip,Aam panna mint Waffel,panipuri churros and  passion lamington 
Creamy Dip recipe 
Ingredients 
1/8 cup Apyura Kesar mastani filling 
1 tbsp creamcheese 
1/8 cup cream 
Method 
Cream the cream cheese add cream and kesarmastani filling
Pour in the rampekin bowl or heatproof bowl .
**Aam panna mint Waffel Recipe**
Ingredients
1 cup maida or wheat flour 
2 tbsp melted butter
2 TSP baking powder
1/4 TSP baking soda
1 tbsp sugar 
 1 TSP fab premium Aam panna essence
Pinch of salt and half lemon 
Some mint leaves
Method 
Sieve dry ingredients, mix the wet ingredients in abowl than add all together mix it properly and lastly add mint leaves and essence ,pour into the preheated waffel make brush with some butter and bake it till crisp .
Pani puri Churros
Ingredients
1/2 cup water
1 tbsp sugar
1/2 cup maida or wheat flour
1/4 cup melted butter
1 tbsp milkmaid 
1/4 TSP fab premiumpani puri essence
Pinch of salt 
Oil for frying
Chatmasala as a sprinkler 
Method 
Mix all the ingredients and make a smooth paste , put it  in freeze for half an hour when batter get thicken take a big star nozzel put in pipping bag , pour the  thicken batter  into the piping bag , put it aside .Heat the oil in a pan , when the oil get hot , press the pipping bag and make a long strip called Churros , fry it till it get golden brown in colour ,after cool down store in  airtight box .
Passion lamington
Ingredients 
1/ 4 cup milkmaid 
1/4 cup oil 
1/2 and 1/8 cup flour 
1/2 TSP baking powder
1/4 TSP baking soda 
1/4 cup sugar 
1/2 cup milk
1/2 TSP of fab passion fruit essence
Mangoes sliced in triangle shape 
Method 
 Mix milkmaid , essence ,oil together , now add all dry ingredients alternating with milk . Pou in  5  inch square baking tin Bake at 180 degree centrigade for 25 minutes.After cool down cut the cake in square pieces, insert the cake   in tooth pick than mango than cake pcs .
Arangement of fondue 
Place a round plate put a tealight holder in middle, lit it and place ramekin bowl pour the creamy dip  than place the piece of waffels , passion lamington and pani puri Churros  in plate  serve this sweet fondue anytime . Enjoy this sweet dessert 😀

Best to serve fresh ,can use the dip cold or hot
