INGREDIENTS
Ingredients for the cake:
All purpose flour: 195gm
Cornstarch: 30 gm
Cocoa powder: 8 gm
Salt: 1/8th tsp
Baking Soda: 1 tsp
Castor sugar: 200 gm
Oil: 120gm
Butter milk: 250 ml
Vinegar: 2 tsp
Fab premium red velvet: 4 drops
Red colour: 5 drops

Frosting:
Whipping cream: 150 gm
Cream cheese: 80 gm
Fab premium cream cheese flavor: 2 drops
METHOD

Method for cake:
Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl.
Mix oil, sugar and red color together and add vinegar into it.
Now mix the Fab red velvet flavor into the buttermilk.
Mix the dry mixture into the wet mixture in three steps.
Add buttermilk alternatively with the mixture.
Now bake the cake at 160 degree C for 20 min.

Method for frosting:
Whip the cream and fold the cream cheese with it.
Add Fab premium cream cheese flavor with the mixture and fold it.

Assembling

Take a round glass bowl and wrap it with shrink wrap.
Now place the cake slice and press it gently to give a dome shape.
Now soak it with Gulab Jamun syrup
Put dollops of cheese cream into the dome.
Now place Gulab Jamun slices over that.
Cover the Gulab jamun with Cheese cream
Put another layer of cake slice over it and close the dome.
Put it overnight inside the freezer.
Now decorate the dome with the cheese cream to give a Santa Cap look.
