INGREDIENTS
4 cups full cream milk
4 tsp regular sugar
1 cup whipped cream or 1/2 cup condensed milk
½ tsp Fab strawberry essence
2 to 3 drops of pink food colour
5 tbsp chopped dry fruits, pistachios, almonds, cashews
8 bread slice preferbly white sandwich bread
Strawberry chrush.
Chopped almond and pistachios, Cherry and silver barak for granishing.
METHOD

Firstly, in a large nonstick pan boil the milk. Now reduce the flame making sure the milk doesn't stick to bottom of vessel and get to a boil.
stir well once a layer of cream is formed over the milk, stick it to sides of vessel.
make sure to stir from bottom of vessel so that milk doesn't burn.
further, get the milk to boil again.
and repeat the gathering of cream to sides of kadai for atleast 3 -5 times or till milk reduces to one-third.
Add sugar on it. give a good mix and get the milk again to boil.
furthermore, simmer for 2 minutes.
allow it cool to room temperature add fab strawberry essence and few drop of pink food colour and chopped dry fruit in it. Now chill for 2 hours.
now cut the bread into round pieces with the help of cookie cutter or glass.
dip both sides of bread into strawberry crushed mixed with milk syrup.
and place into plate. And pour rabdi in plate.
Now, serve it garnished with chopped dry fruits, cherry and silver barak on it.
finally serve strawberry bread rasmalai chilled.
