Short Recipe Description

This festive season we celebrate Holi in big way . We all indian gave different sweets . One of favorite thing is Gujia and cold cold Srikhand . And my little tatch of Bengal.
So here I try to make our own famous dessert little my way shape of Pasteis De Nata. Its a famous Portugal custard dessert. It's a tart with creamy custard.

INGREDIENTS
1 cup flour
1/4 cup ghee
pinch of Ajwain
pinch of salt
1 cup hung card
1/2 cup sugar
few drop of fab Alfonso mango essential oil
1/4 cup milk
1 cup water
1/2 cup Milkmaid
1 drop organic food color (yellow)
METHOD

♦️Flower Tart Making
First in a bowl add flower ,ghee Ajwain, pinch of salt . Mix them well. Now make perfect crumble of it .
Now add little water make a hard dough of it .
Now rast the dough for 15 minutes. Now devided it into three part and roll out little. Now make a flower shape of it .
Brush some milk over it .( put some rajma in it so that in nit puff out .)
Now pre heat the over 170c for 10 minutes. Put the flower shape Gujia in it . Bake for 15 minutes.
Take them out .
♦️Juggery Coconut Laddu
In a pan add dry coconut crumble and Juggery. Mix well . when its become sticky turn of the gas . Little later make small ball of it . Your coconut laddu ( Narkel Naru) is ready .
♦️Shrikhand Making ::::::
Now in another bowl add hung card ,sugar milkmaid and fab essential oil( Alfonso). Mix well . When it becomes creamy kept a side .
The flower tart become cold add mango shrikhand .
Put a Juggery coconut laddu in it .
Now bake it for 5 minutes in 170c .
its done.
Your mango flavour Srikhand flower Pastèis_De_Nata is ready .
♦️RoohAfza Cream:::
Take some cream. Bit it make a foam . Add roohafza.
For plating add some Rooh Azfa cream in middle add some grapes on side . place flower then some chopped orange and eadable flowers.
