INGREDIENTS
| 
			1 cup buttermilk (chati di lassi) 1/4 cup water ¼ tsp black pepper powder ½ tsp gauva chilli water soluble flavours ½ tsp salt 1 pcs charcoal for smoke 1 TSP Desi ghee for smoke For garnish red chilli powder and Salt  | 
		
METHOD
In a bowl add chilled buttermilk and water.
Add gauva chilli water soluble flavour, black pepper & salt. Mix well. 
In a big bowl pour prepared lassi and put a heated charcoal in a deep steel plate. Pour 1 TSP Desi ghee on the charcoal for smoke. 
Cover the lassi bowl with a big plate. For smoke flavour. After 2 min remove the plate. 
Assemble the glasses With red chilli powder and Salt. 
Pour the lassi in the glasses. 
Our smoke Gauva Chilli lassi is ready to serve.
Assembling
In a plate add red chilli powder and salt. Mix well. Coat a glass corner with the lemon juice or water . Now dip the glass corner in red chilli powder and salt.
