INGREDIENTS
Milk 1 -litre Condence milk-1/4cup Sugar 1tbsp Cardamom powder -1/2tsp Butter 1tbsp Cream -tbsp Milk powder-1cup Castor sugar-2tbsp Gried pista -1tbsp Chopped almond-1tbsp Green colour 1-2drops Feb paan flovour-3-4drops Bread slice 5-6 |
METHOD
making rabri --In a pot add milk and bring it to boil add sugar, cardamom powder mix continuously and cook on medium low flame add condence milk mix well until milk is reduce to half while stirring in between
For paan stuffing--In.a frying pan add butter and let it melt add cream and mix well add milk powder and cook for 2-3minutes add castor sugar,grinded pista mix well and cook until it leaves sides of the pan swich off the flame add green colour and Feb paan flavour and mix well and let it cool down
Cut corners of the bread slices and roll out with the help of the rolling pin.Take prepared filling make a roll and place at the corner of the bread slice and roll up
In a frying pan heat oil and fry roll ups till golden brown
In a serving dish place roll ups.pour rabri garnish with chopped almonds and rose petals serve immediately
