INGREDIENTS
For Bread -
75gm milk
1/2 tbsp dry active yeast
1/2 tbsp sugar
125gm All purpose flour
50gm powdered sugar
30gm butter
1/4tsp Fab Premium Oil Soluble Toasted Coconut flavour
Filling -
200gm Khoya
2tbsp dessicated coconut
2tbsp Gulkand
30gm condensed milk
50gm mixed nuts (roasted)
1/2tsp Fab Premium Oil Soluble Shahi Gulkand flavour
Instant Rose Rabdi
1/2 Cup milk
1tbsp milk powder
1tbsp cornflour
2tbsp powdered sugar
Few drops of pink colour
1/4 Tsp Fab Oil Soluble Rose flavour
METHOD

1) Take lukewarm milk and add sugar and yeast. Cover it and keep it aside for the yeast to activate.
2)Mix all purpose flour with powdered sugar and add fab Premium Oil Soluble Toasted Coconut flavour.
3)Add the activated yeast mixture and knead it properly. Add more milk if required.
4) Encorporate the butter into the dough and knead until a soft and smooth consistency is achieved.
5) Cover the dough and rest it for 1 hour or until it doubles in size.
6) Meanwhile roast the khoya, allow it to cool down and then add all the remaining ingredients along with Fab Premium Oil Soluble Shahi Gulkand flavour.
7)Roll the dough into a rectangular sheet and spread the filling onto it leaving 2inch space from all sides. Add the mixed nuts and press them gently. Now roll the dough carefully and cut it into roundles. Place them into the tin lined with parchment paper. Brush it with milk and keep it aside for half an hour for second proofing.
😎 Preheat the oven to 180 degree and bake the rolls for 20 - 25 minutes until they are light brown in colour.
9) For making instant Rose Rabdi mix all the ingredients except colour and flavour. Heat it on slow flame and stir it continuously till it becomes slightly thick. Cool it completely.Then add the colour and fab Oil Soluble Rose flavour.
10) Cover the rolls with Rose Rabdi and decorate it with dried rose petals and nuts.
