INGREDIENTS
1)Fresh chana....250gm
(From 1.5 lit of milk)
2)Sugar....60gm
3)Mawa...45gm
4)Fab Essence...Vanilla or Rose..here I have used
Vanilla
5) Little Cashew and Pistachio for filling
METHOD

1) Knead chana for 15 minute, with the heel of your palm, it will become creamy
2) In a pan add sugar and little chana and cook till sugar dissolves on slow flame, now add the remaining chana and cook for 5 minute stirring continuously .( Don't over cook , otherwise it will be dry )
3)It will be like a soft creamy dough add little vanilla Essence or Rose
4)Keep it aside.
5 ) Make filling...Grate mawa mix little Cashew and Pistachio, ( cut into small pieces) and divide into 7 ball.
4) Add little Essence of ur choice into the filling, I have used Vanilla
5 )Divide the Chana dough into 7 equal parts
6) Make a roundels of the chana and insert the filling.
7) Make a smooth roundel.
😎 Decorate with a Pistachio on top
