Short Recipe Description

An easy dessert that is super delicious and really smooth

INGREDIENTS
250 ml full fat milk
3 heaped tablespoon Apura Rabdi spread
5 big scoops of kesar pistachio ice cream
2 tbsp of any crush u like.i took kiwi
1 pkt jelly i used wiekfield raspberry flavour
1 tbsp sabj seeds soaked fr 5 min
2 tbsp thin vermicelli cooked lightly with 1 tsp of sugar
METHOD

In a blender mix in milk, rabdi spread,ice cream and give a good churn. Keep it in the fridge to set. Cook the vermicelli fr a few min in water with sugar or it will b bland. Drain off the water. Prepare the jelly according to the instructions given on the carton.
Soak sabj seeds fr 5 min and drain.or it will b too sticky

Assembling

Take a serving glass of ur choice. Add in sabj seeds at the bottom most layer. Top it with the vermicelli. Cube up the jelly and layer it over the vermicelli . Pour in the ice cream mix and keep in fridge to set. At the time of serving top it with a big dollop of ice cream. A good drizzle of crush of ur choice. A few cubes of the jelly, chopped nuts and u r ready to go. Enjoy.

I took kiwi crush from Malas. I wanted the tangy and sweet combination. My jelly used was raspberry.
