INGREDIENTS
Thin Vermicellie 100gm
Almonds 50gm
Cashews 50gm
Pistachios 50gm
Fresh Coconut 50gm
Butter 5/6 Tbspoons
Dark Brown Sugar 5/6 Tbspoons
Mango cubes
Mango icecream
Fab oil flavours
Alphonso Mango 1/4 to 1/2 Tspoon
METHOD

In a heavy bottom pan add butter add the crushed Vermicellie and roast it till its brown and crisp,Remover in a bowl add Brown Sugar and mix well,Now take butter in the same pan ,add the chopped nuts let roast till light brow,Remove in the same bowl as Vermicellie and add Brown Sugar and mix again,Again take butter in same pan add the fresh grated coconut 🥥and roast till light Brown and should be crisp.
Basically Roast everything in a medium heat and put Brown Sugar.Sugar according to your taste.
Finally add few drops of Fab Essence.

Assembling

In a tall glass put the Vermicellie in the bottom layer then Mango iccream layer and then Mango cubes.
Finally a scoop of Icecream.
Cooking time half an hour .
