Short Recipe Description

Rose sponge with vanilla whipping cream and topped with pistachio and using fab rose and vanilla oil souble essence

INGREDIENTS
Rose sponge, 3 flavours of milk ( milk, condensed milk, amul heavy cream) vanilla whipping cream, rose syrup , rose petals and pistachio
METHOD

1st step: Milk - 1/4th cup in that add pink colour in that
2nd step: Ingredients
In a bowl take
1/2 cup - Sugar
1/2 cup - curd
1/4 cup - oil
1tbsp - Rose syrup
1tsp - Fab oil soluble Rose essence
Now add dry ingredients
1 cup - Maida
1tsp - Baking Powder
1/2 tsp - Baking Soda
3rd step
1/2 cup - Milk
1/2 cup - condensed milk
1/2 cup - amul fresh cream
2 tbsp - Rose milk
1 cup - Tropolite whipping cream.
1 tsp - Fab oil soluble Vanilla essence
Now mix everything into cut and fold method and in it add the 1st step milk and mix gentley and line it in a square tin and bake it for 35 min 180degrees

Assembling

After baking make holes and then mix 3 different types of milk and pour into the sponge and spread vanilla whipping cream and decorate with fresh rose petals and pistachio nuts

Before cutting the cake into small squares place the cake in the fridge for 1hr for neat cut.
