Short Recipe Description

Rose sponge using fab rose oil soluble essence and added 3 different milks and spreaded vanilla whipped cream using fab Rose delight

INGREDIENTS
Milk - 1/4 cup
Pink colour
Sugar - 1/2 cup
Curd - 1/2 cup
Oil -1/4 cup
Rose syrup - 1tbsp
Fab rose oil soluble essence - 1/2 tsp
Maida - 1 cup
Baking Powder - 1tsp
Baking soda- 1/2 tsp
Whipping cream - 1cup
Fab vanilla oil soluble essence - 1tsp
3 different types of milk
1/2 cup - Milk
1/2 cup - condensed milk
1/2 cup - amul fresh cream
2 tbsp - Rose syrup
METHOD

In a mug add milk1/4th cup and in that add 2 drops of pink colour and mix it.
Now in a bowl add curd and sugar and mix it till sugar dissolve now add oil and rose syrup and mix it, now seive all the dry ingredients and mix in the wet ingredients and add fab rose oil soluble essence and mix it in cut and fold method and in that batter add 1/4th milk which has been add pink colour.
Preheat the otg for 180c for 10mins and line baking paper in a square glass borosil tin ( glass tin which is safe in microwave or otg) and line the base with baking paper and pour the batter into the tin. Now start baking for 180c 35 mins.

Assembling

In between add 3 types of milk (milk, condensed milk ,amul fresh cream & 2 tbsp of rose syrup). Now after baking cool down the cake and flip it and remove the baking paper and again place the sponge in the same glass tin and make holes on the sponge with the help of fork and pour the 3 types of milk and spread whipping cream on it and decorate with pistachio nuts, real cleaned rose petals and sprinkle the rose syrup

Baker Tips/Notes

Add 3types of milks and rose syrup in a measuring mug and keep it in fridge. Milk should be chilled
