INGREDIENTS
Ingrediants of Sweet Boondi... Besan : 2 Cup Water : as required Orange food colour : 1 or 2 Drop Ghee/Oil : to fry Boondi Sugar syrup Sugar : 2 Cup Cardemon : 2 Water 2 Cup Kesar strands Ingrediants of Kheer.. Rice : 1/2 Cup Milk : 1 litre. Sugar : 1 Cup Fab Rose Flavour: 2 To 3 drop Cashews Chopped: 2 Tbsp Raisins : 1 Tbsp Kesar strands dip in milk : 5 to 6 Pistachio chopped : 1 Tbsp Cardemon powder : 1 Tsp |
METHOD
For making Sugar syrup take a pan add sugar, water and cardemon.
Stir it and mix it well until the sugar melt.
Boil it until it become slightly thick. Now add saffron strands. Keep it aside
To prepare Boondi, in a bowl taje Besan and orange colour and mix it well.
Now by adding water make batter. Mix it well and beat it for 5 min forming a smooth consistency.
Now heat oil in a kadai. Now pour batter from skimmer or grater.
Now stir Boondi until itvturns little golden and Crispy.
Collect all the Boondi and drain off the oil completely.
Transfer the Boondi into syrup. Cover it . Let it be remain there for about 30 to 45 min.
Now drain off and remove excess syrup.
Finally sweet Boondi is ready.
In a pot add little water keep it over the gas.
Now add milk. When Milk starts boiling add rice.
After 20 min . Check whether the rice is cooked or not.
If it is not than cook it more on medium low flame..
After that add sugar. Heat it more.
Now add Cashews, Cardemon powder, little Pistachio, Raisins. Now add Fab Rose Flavour. Keep some dry fruits for garnishing.
Kheer is ready to serve.

Place some biscuits pieces or powder in shot glasses.
Press it. Now add Boondi over it. Press it tightly.
Now pour a layer of kheer and tab it . Once it settle down Sprinkle Pistachio over it . Place some Boondi Also.
Parfait is ready to serve
