unsalted butter - 5 tbsp

METHOD

- Dissolve the yeast in lukewarm milk water mixture along with sugar and keep aside for some time (10-15 minutes) until it is frothy.
- If it's not bubbling up, discard and use a fresh pack of yeast.
- Mix the flour, milk powder and salt well and add the frothy yeast mixture, butter & eggs to it.
- Quarter portion of this mixture is flavoured with Fab Premium Oil Soluble Red Wine Flavour and the rest with Fab Premium Oil Soluble Rum Plum Cake Flavour Knead together all of the ingredients to form a smooth, shiny dough.
- Initially it starts out as a sticky dough & becomes beautifully satiny as it kneads for around 10 minutes.
- Form the dough into a ball (it'll be very soft), place it in a greased bowl, cover the bowl, and it let rise for 1 hour.
- Then refrigerate the dough for up to 6 hours, or overnight.
- This will slow the fermentation and chill the butter, making the dough easier to shape and develop a wonderful flavour.
- Appropriately, the grapes are made with the Fab Premium Oil Soluble Red Wine Flavour dough and the rest with the Fab Premium Oil Soluble Rum Plum Cake Flavour I have also placed the clean wine bottle in the dough and done the braiding around it.
- This is assembled onto a pan lined with parchment paper.
- Spray the top with water to keep it moist.
- Cover it lightly with a clean towel and let rise until it's doubled and looks puffy.
- Bake the bread in preheated oven 180°C after brushing with egg white for a lovely browning.
- Bake for 20 to 25 min.
- Your breads are cooked through if you hear a hollow sound when knocked.
- Once its baked through, transfer onto a cooling rack, brush with melted butter & let it cool completely, At this stage you can apply gel/powder colours with Fab Evaporex as per your choice before slicing..

2:

- Note: This dough can also be used to make a simple white sandwich loaf in a 9" x 4" loaf pan.
- Preheat oven to 180°C.
- Place the loaf on the middle rack of the oven.
- Bake for 40 min, until the loaf pulls away from the sides of the pan and the crust is a deep golden brown.
- Remove loaf from pan.
- Cool bread completely before slicing..
