125 gm white chocolate, Fab Rasmalai essence, 1/2 TSP butter, 30 ml Amul fresh cream, 4tbs mix Pista, almond rose petals and kaju, 1/2 TSP cardamom and nutmeg powder, pinch saffron, yellow gel colour
1. Chopped the white chocolate in small pieces
2. Microwave the chocolate, Amul fresh cream and butter in micro safe bowel for 30 sec if they require more keep more 30 sec microwave more. This you can do on double boiler method also.
4. Bring the truffle to room temperature mix well add Feb rasmalai essence, 2 to 3 tbs mixed chopped Pista almond rose petals and kaju and pinch saffron few drops of yellow gel colour.
5. Cover the bowel with cling film keep in fridge for 30 min
6. After 30 min truffle will set property. Roll small truffle balls roll in chopped drynuts and rose petals.
7. Serve very flavourful Rasmalai truffle balls in thi s festival season to you love one.
