INGREDIENTS
Ingredients:-

* Rasmalai sponge - 100g
* Rasmalai - 1 pc.
* Apyura Rasmalai spread - 1 tbsp
* Rasmalai milk - 25g
* Whipped cream - 50g
* Dry rose petals - some for garnishing
* Pistachio - some for garnishing
METHOD

Recipe -
- Take a jar/ bowl put a thin layer of rasmalai sponge according to the size of jar/ bowl.
- put rasmalai milk with silicon brush on the sponge.
- Mix rasmalai apyura spread in whipped cream & fill this mixture into a piping bag.
- Cut piping bag & add cream on sponge.
- take some rasmalai & cut into mini pieces & put on the spread.
- Again put a layer of sponge on it & add rasmalai milk to it.
- Put droplets of cream with piping bag.
- Garnish with mini some rasmalai pieces, dry rose petals & pistachio over it & serve chilled.
