INGREDIENTS
Cauliflower 1 small pc Full cream Milk 1 litre Sugar 1cup Ghee 3 tbsp Chopped cashew nuts Elaichi 1 pc Fab Rasmalai Essence Chopped Almond, & Cashew for garnishing.. |
METHOD
1. Wash the cauliflower peices in hot water and then grate it properly.
2.Spread some ghee(preferably cow's one) in a frying pan and stir fry the grated cauliflower pieces in it till it starts leaving the nice aroma.
3. Add chopped cashew pieces , elaichi and fry for another 1 minute and then add boiled milk into the pan.
4. Bring it to boil till the cauliflower are properly cooked.
5. Once the cauliflower properly cooked, add sugar and let it boil for another 3 to 5 minutes..
6.Then finally add Fab Rasmalai Essence to it and turn off the flame and its Ready..serve it when chilled...
