FAB PREMIUM OIL SOLUBLE RASMALAI
Short Recipe Description
600 ml full fat milk
1/4 cup white granulated sugar
1/8 tsp ground cardamom
5-6 strands of saffron
10-12 almonds chopped
10-12 pista choped
1/4 tsp Fab rasmalai essence
Pour the milk in a heavy bottomed, wide pan and bring it to a boil over high heat.when it boil,
Simmer the milk for about 45 minutes to an hour until the volume of milk is reduced to half.
Add the sugar, ground cardamom and saffron and continue to cook for another 10 minutes until the sugar is dissolved.
Off the flame and add the chopped almondsand pista and Fab rasmalai essence. Allow the mixture to cool completely.
Pour the cool mixture into silicon candy moulds and popstick in it and freeze overnight.
To serve, pull out the kulfi from mould.
