INGREDIENTS
1 sugarless ghewar ( i made my own you can get readymade )
Rabari
500 grm full fat milk
3 tbsp mawa
kesar
a few drops of basundi essence
2 tbsp of apyura kesar mastani spread
Gulabjaun
1/4 cup of gulabjamun mix
ghee for frying
3/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup water
1pinch ilayachi powder
1 small pinch of kesar
To be topped
2 tsp silvered pistachios
fresh rose petals
silver vark
few strands of kesar

METHOD

Mawa Rabari
Cook full-fat milk until it became thick u can see the laccha in it now add crumbled mawa sugar and cook for the next 5 mnts now add kesar to get a nice yellow colour and add basundi essence a few drops and 2 tbsp Kesar mastani apyura spread .Mix well .keep aside to be cooled completely
Gulab jamun
make the sugar syrup to mix water and sugar cook until you get 1 strand when you chk that in btw your two finger tips .Keep a side .Now heat ghee in a heavy-bottom pan and make the dough as per the direction given on the packet of gulabjamun .Make really tiny balls and fry in very low flame till you get a nice brown colour, Transfer in sugar syrup and let them soak the syrup for an hour and more .

Assembling

Take a strainer over a bowl place the ghewar on it now pour the remaining sugar syrup of Gulab Jamun over it .let it be soak by Ghewar now place the ghewar carefully on a plate .
Spread a good amount of mawa kesar rabari on it
now do place chotu dry gulabjamun's here and there over mawa kesar rabari and then garnish with slivered pistachios,rose petals ,Kesar and silver vark . Serve immediately so the ghewar not gone soggy.

Baker Tips/Notes

always fry gulabjamuns in ghee
soak the ghewar at the time you want to serve
you can make radadi and gulabjamuns in advance
