INGREDIENTS
For dough
Maida 2 cup
Olive oil 3 tbsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Chilli flakes 1/4 tsp
Origano 1/2 tsp
For stuffing
Onion 2 medium chopped
Red pepper 2 tbsp chopped
Yellow pepper 2 tbsp chopped
Green pepper 2 tbsp chopped
Green chilli 1 chopped
Mozzarella cheese 1/2 cup
Pizza sauce 2 tbsp
Chilli sauce 1 tsp
Feb Chilli extract 1 tsp
Salt as per taste
Black pepper as per taste
Origano 1/4 tsp
Olive oil for frying
METHOD

1. Combine all ingredients ( maida, salt and olive oil, chilli flakes,origano) in a deep bowl and knead well for 4-5 minutes.
2. Cover the dough with a wet muskin cloth and keep aside for 15-20 minutes.
For stuffing
1. Heat the olive oil in broad non-stick pan, add green chilli and onion and saute on medium flame for 5 minutes.
2. Add the all peppers salt, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 2 minutes. While stirring occasionally. Add chilli sauce, pizza sauce and chilli extract, black pepper mix well.
3. Remove the mixture from the flame, Keep aside for cool down. Then add cheese keep aside.
For kachori
1. To make pizza Kachori, take a small portion of dough, roll out this portion into a small circle.
2. Place one portion of the pizza filling in the center, bring together all the sides, seal it tightly and remove any excess dough, if any.
3. Roll the filled portion again into a small circle. While ensuring that the filling does not spill out.
4. Repeat step to make other Kachori with left dough and filling.
5. Heat the oil in a deep non-stick pan and deep fry all Kachories on a low flame for 10 minutes or till then golden brown, gently flipping them occasionally. Drain on a tissue paper and keep aside.
6. Pizza Kachori is ready to serve. You can serve with tomato ketchup or shezwan sauce.
