INGREDIENTS
🟢1 cup heavy whipping cream

🟢200 grams or 1/2 tin of sweetened condensed milk

🟢2 tsp fab Vanilla Extract

🟢1 cup Pistachios

🟢4-5 tsp milk

METHOD

Take the whipping cream in a bowl and blend it until if forms soft peaks (using an electric blender)

Then add the condensed milk, fab vanilla extract and mix very well.

Pour this mixture into an airtight container and freeze for half an hour.

In the meantime, take pistachio's and grind into a coarse powder.

Take 4-5 tbsp of milk, bring to a boil. Once cool, add the ground pistachio powder to it.

Now, takeout the ice cream mix from the freezer and add this paste to it, and a few whole Pistachios and mix well.


Cover it and freeze it for 6-8 hours to set.

Garnish with fresh chopped pistachio's before serving.

Baker Tips/Notes

Tips: Make sure the whipping cream is cold before blending.
Adding in the milk to the Pistachio powder gives it thickness and a creamy texture.
