Short Recipe Description

Let the baked cookies cool in the baking try it self. Once the cookies cool pack and store them in an air tight container.

INGREDIENTS
100 gm flour.
25 gm Desiccated coconut.
1/4 tsp. Baking powder.
1/8 tsp. Baking soda
60 gm. Butter.
50 gm castor sugar.
5 to 7 ml. Milk
1/4 tsp yellow liquid colour.
1/4 tsp. Fab Pineapple essence.
Pinch of salt.
METHOD

Butter and castor sugar to be beaten till light and fluffy.
Add fab Pineapple essence, yellow liquid colour and salt to the sugar and butter mixture. Mix well.
Mix all dry ingredients in butter and sugar mixture and make a soft dough..
If the dough is hard add 5 to 7 ml milk to get desire soft consistency.
Cover the dough with cling film and refrigerate for 30 min.
Roll the dough evenly (keep the half cm thickness)
Using cookies cutter, make desired shape and keep it in baking tray or make equal sized balls and keep it in baking tray.
Preheat the oven at the required temperature for 5 to 6 min.
It takes 160 to 170 degrees for 15 min for baking.
(However it also depends on the oven temperature.)
