Short Recipe Description
*Patishapta* is one of the traditional and Regional dessert which we make during the *Poush Parbon Festival* on the day of *Makar Sankranti* . In this festival we make many desserts(Pithe-puli) and *Patishapta* is one of the famous and favourite among them.. It is specially to cherish the Winter.

INGREDIENTS
1) rice flour =1 cup 2)sugar= 1 tbsp 3)oil/ghee for frying 4)milk= 1/4 cup 5) maida = 1/4 cup 6) sooji = 1/4 cup 7) water as per requirement Filling= Apyura choco peanut premium spread |
METHOD
Take homemade rice flour, maida, sooji in a bowl add milk, sugar then mix properly and keep it for 1hr for soaking.
After 1 hr add water as per requirement to make a smooth batter...
Take a nonstick tawa(traditionally earthen vessels) and spread some oil/ghee on it evenly and then pour the batter with a ladle (big spoon) , spread it properly (like dosa but not too thin ) then sprinkle some oil on the sides then spread some *Apyura Choco Peanut * and then start folding it from oneside....then your *Patishapta* is ready to be served.
