Passion fruit tart ingredients:
1. Oats 1 cup
2. Mix nuts and seeds (Pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, almond, Chia seeds )2 tbp
3. Honey 🍯 2 tbp
4. Butter 🧈 2tps
5 . Almond flour 2 tablespoon
6. 3 to 4 Drops fab Passionfruit essence
Chikoo halwa ingredients :
1. Fresh chikoo 7 to 8 Medium-size
2. 3 Tablespoon ghee
3. 150gm Koyana/ mava
4 . Half teaspoon Elaichi powder
5. 3 tbp powder sugar
6. 1/2 cup of milk
7. Decoration /Garnishing with Kaju ,Badam and Pista
Rabdi Ingredients:
1. Half litre milk
2. 200gm Condense milk
3. Elaichi powder 1/2 tps
4. Fab Gulkand essence 3 to4 Drops

�'�Passion fruit tart method :
1. Preheat oven to 180 degree before starting the recipe.
2.Take a one Mixing bowl . Now you have to put 1 cup oats mix nuts and seeds with honey butter almond flour and 2 to 4 drops Fab passion fruit essence now to mix it .
3.Now you have to arrange in a tart plate.
4. Back the arranged tart at 180 degree for 15 minutes.
5. After 15 minutes, after the light golden color comes, you keep it outside to Cool rack.
�'�Chikoo halwa Method:
1. First you match the chikoo well in the grinder and make a smooth paste.
2. Add matched chikoo and half cup of milk in a non stick pan and keep its flame Medium. Cook for 4 to 5 minutes till it becomes slightly dry.
3. Now mix khoya after it becomes dry.
4. Now mix khoya after it becomes dry. After that let it cook for two-three minutes, after that add 3 tbsp of powdered sugar.
5. After mixing the powdered sugar, the pudding will leave little ghee, then understand that the halwa is ready, take it out in a bowl.
�'�Rabdi Method:
1.Take half a liter Buffalo milk in a non stick pan, Keep mixing the milk till it becomes thick.
2.After that you can add 200 grams of milkmaid if it is not milkmaid then you can also add sugar on it as per test.
3.After the rabdi is done, you will turn off the flame after that mix a little cardamom powder and gulkand essence of fab.


Take a good assembled plate, take the passion fruit tart you have made on top of it, put chikoo halwa on it and poor the rabri from the side.You can use cashew, almond, chopped pistachio and dry rose petal for garnishing.
