Paan rabri toast is sweet desert which we can serve after dinner nand this desert is so healthy and tasty that even kids ll also love to bite it .

INGREDIENTS
Recipe:- PAAN RABRI TOAST

INGREDIENTS:-
8-10 BRITTAIN RUSK
1 LTR MILK FOR RABRI
1 CUP MILK TO SOAK THE RUSK.
1-2 TBSP SUGAR
1 TSP GHEE FOR GREASING PAN
10-12 BADAM (CHOPPED)
10-12 PISTA (CHOPPED)
3-4 BETEL LEAVES (MITHA PAAN PATTA FINE CHOPPED)
1/4 TSP FAB PAAN ESSENCE
2 TBSP TUTTI- FRUTTI
2 TBSP BANARASI PAAN SPREAD
10-15 SAFFRON LEAVES (KESAR)
PINCH OF CARDAMOM POWDER
1DROP LEAF GREEN COLOUR

FOR DRESSING 🎉:-

2 TBSP PIZZA CHEESE
1TBSP TUTTI-FRUTTI
1 FINE CHOPPED BETEL LEAVES
CARAMEL SAUCE
GOLD LEAVES.
METHOD

Step 1:-

Grease heavy bottom frying Pan with ghee and pour milk .. stir it in medium flame.
Keep whisking milk in between. After simmering the milk for about 30 mins and milk reduced to the 1/2 of the quantity, add sugar . If you want more sweeter than can add 1 tbsp more sugar . Then add saffron directly ( if you want u can soak saffron in milk then can add also), and simmer stirring constantly until the quantity become 1/3 or lesser.

Step - 2. Let it cool down

Step -3. Now blend it once then add Apyura Banarasi paan spread , and a drop of leaf green colour n blend again so it ll be mixed well...

Step - 4. Add dry nuts, TUTTI-FRUTTI, fine chopped betel leaves, cardamom powder , and fab paan essence. Mix well.
N your Paan Rabri is ready.

Assembling

TOPPING :-
1. Soak rusk in the milk .
2. Add rabri spread on soaked rusk.
3 . Add pizza cheese on it..
4. Pre heat OTG at 180 for 10 mins.
5. Bake Toast at 100-110 for 8-10 mins.
6 .Cool it down . Toast is ready .

DECORATION:-
1. Now on cool Toast add TUTTI-FRUTTI , and betel leaves . Squeeze caramel sauce on it ... And put 1 golden leaf on it...

Keep it in freeze .. serve chilled paan Rabri Toast ❤️

Baker Tips/Notes

Keep stirring constantly so milk ll not stuck on the bottom ... N take cere of OTG temperature ... Because it ll not be same all brands .
