INGREDIENTS
For icecream
1 litre milk
1/2 cup cream
1 tbsp gulkand
2 TSP shakkar
1 TSP apyura kesar mastani spread

For waffle
1 cup flour
1 cup milk
2 tbsp melted butter
2 tbsp cream
1 tbsp shakkar
2 TSP Apyura paan spread
A pinch of baking soda
1/4 TSP baking powder
METHOD

Reduce milk to thicken,add shakkar,add cream and gulkand ,rose petals
Add kesar mastani
Churn it with blender
Pour in container and keep in deep freezer to set down

Take melted butter in a bowl
Add cream and whisk
Add milk and shakkar
Add flour
Mix well
Add Apyura paan spread
Add baking soda and baking powder
Mix well
Pour in waffle maker
Cook till crispy
Serve hot with kesar gulkand icecream
