INGREDIENTS
1- chopped Medjool dates - 1 cup
2- honey - 2 tbsp
3- chia seeds - 1 tbsp
4- flax seeds - 1 tbsp
5- Pinch of salt -
6- Old fashioned oats - 1 cup
7- shelled pistachio nuts - 1 cup
8- sunflower seeds - ¼ cup
9- pumpkin seeds - ¼ cup
10- dried cranberries - 1 cup
11- white chocolate chips (optional) - 1/3 cup
12- Fab Premium Oil Soluble Orange Rind Flavour - Few drops
METHOD

1- Combine the dates, honey, chia seeds, flax seeds, salt and FAB Premium Orange Rind flavour ; and pulse until smooth and combined.
2- Transfer the mixture to a large bowl, and stir in the oats, pistachios, dried cranberries ,white chocochips, sunflower and pumpkin seeds until evenly combined.
3- Now, use a spoon to scoop it into your desired size and your energy bites are ready.
4- These can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks (storing them in the refrigerator especially helps to hold their shape) .
