INGREDIENTS
LAYER 1 Atta - 1cup Brown sugar - 1/2cup Cinnamon - 1/2tsp Baking soda - 1/2tsp Salt - 1/2 tsp Butter - 3.5tbsp Milk - 1.5tbsp Vanilla extract - 1tsp French biscuit spread (apurya) Jelly premix lemon flavour Jelly premix Raspberry FLAVOUR Jelly premix Blueberry flavour Whipped cream A scoop of Mulberry ice cream DECORATION Cookies ( wings and moon) Sprinkles |
METHOD
Take a bowl add Atta, brown sugar, cinnamon, baking soda, salt, butter, milk, and vanilla extract, and spread and mix together to form a dough. Shape it into balls and bake it for 10 min at 180*celsius
Prepare the jellies with premix powder and refrigerate
Assembling
In a tall glass crush the cookies and place them at bottom
For the next layer add lemon jelly and cherries and freeze
Next add raspberry jelly and blueberries and freeze
Next, add Blueberry jelly and crushed cookies on top
Top with whipped cream and a scoop of Mulberry ice cream
