Short Recipe Description
Ingredients:
• 175g oat flour
• 200 g thick hung curd
• 164g jaggery
• ½ tsp baking soda
• 1¼ tsp baking powder
• 102g oil
• 1½ tsp fab premium oil soluble fruit and Nut
•Mixed seeds and dried fruits
Method:
• Take curd in a bowl, add jaggery mix well till the it dissolves.
• Add baking powder and baking soda, mix well. Set aside for 5 mins till you
see bubbles appearing.
• Preheat oven at 180℃ for 10 mins.
• Add fab fruit and nut essence and oil to the curd mix and stir well.
• Sieve oat flour and add it to the mix little at a time.
• Fold well so that there are no lumps in the batter.
• Transfer batter to a greased tin and top with Nuts and seeds and bake for 40mins on 120° or till toothpick comes out clean.
