🥛One spoon honey
🥛Fresh fruits like mango chikko

🥛Dried blueberries and cranberries
METHOD

Method
🥣Soak oats in milk overnight
🥣Soak chia seeds in water for 2 hrs
🥣Take a blender Add soaked oats curd honey and two spoon of apurya black currant spread . Blend it well .
🥣Now take a cup. Pour the blended oats add fruit berries seeds add more of apurya spread on top.
