INGREDIENTS
INGREDIENTS (Makes two jars) Guava juice-1Cup Agar agar- 1tsp Milk- 1cup Dates-deeseded 1/2 cup Chia seeds -3tbsp (soaked overnight) Apple -1 sliced with skin. Chopped nuts (Almonds,walnuts, pistachio) Blueberries Pomegranate Thick homemade curd Fab premium Green Guava essence. |

METHOD
Mix agar agar to Guava juice, bring the mixture to a boil and simmer it for 2 minutes.
Remove from heat and add fab premium green guava essence.
Divide the mixture into two jars and keep in the fridge for 15 to 30 mins. to set.
Now blend milk, dates and apple in a blender to a thick shake.
Add the bloomed chia seeds.
Pour this thick date and milk mixture over the guava jelly.
Top it with fresh curd, chopped nuts, pomegranate and blueberries
Keep the jars in the fridge for few mins and enjoy your wholesome breakfast in the jar.
