Khasta melt in mouth Nankhatais with most amazing filling !

INGREDIENTS
Maida - 1 cup
Besan - 1/4 cup
Sugar -3/4 cup
Ghee -3/4 cup
Elaichi powder a pinch
Baking powder -1 tsp
Apyura kesar Mastani spread
Milk -1 tbsp
METHOD

Cream ghee and sugar and mix all dry ingredients. If needed add 1 tbsp of milk to bind everything together
Shape the khatais and stuff the kesar Mastani spread .
Bake at 160 degrees for 20 mnts till light golden in colour .

Assembling

Carefully remove the khatais from the baking tray , brush kesar soaked in milk over each khatai and a few pieces of pista
