INGREDIENTS
Wholewheat 125 gms
Curd 100 ml
Baking soda 1 tsp
Baking powder 1/2 tsp
Min leaves one cup
Milk 100 ml
Oil 70 ml
Sugar 100 gms
Fab key lime half tsp
Fab mint half tsp
Hot water 80 ml
METHOD

Sift all dry ingredients and keep them aside. In a pan take 100 ml water and put in mint leaves a bring it to boil. Switch off the gas and Strain once the water turns light green. Add oil curd milk vanilla essence in dry ingredients. Batter will b very thick. Now add in mint hot water.
Mix the batter properly. Grease your bundt pan properly and keep it in a preheated oven at 180 degree. For 30 to 35 min.

For white chocolate ganache
25 ml of white chocolate
12 ml of amul fresh cream
Few drops of key lime premium oil soluble.
Micro it for 20 seconds in two intervals and it's ready.

Assembling

Once the cake cools completely demoted it from the bundt and garnish it with white chocolate key lime ganache. Few mint leaves few cherries and lime wedges.

Baker Tips/Notes

Make sure while boiling water the water will hav all goodness of mint in it and it reduces to 80 ml. If u want u can chop mint leaves and put in to get that extra punch. All flours hav different absorbing capacity so add in water slowly depending on the consistency of the same
