INGREDIENTS
Ingredients- �'�🏻1 cup urad dal �'�🏻2 tbsp Apyura Natkhat chatpat spread �'�🏻1 tsp rice flour �'�🏻Pinch of heeng �'�🏻Salt to taste �'�🏻1 inch ginger piece �'�🏻1-2 drop Fab premium oil soluble green chilli essence �'�🏻1/2 tsp roughly grinded black pepper �'�🏻Oil for frying |
METHOD
�-�️Soak urad dal for 4 hours .
�-�️Drain out water completely.
�-�️Add spices, ginger ,fab chilli essence and seasoning. Grind to a smooth paste. Beat it well till fluffy. Add apyura natkhat chatpat spread and rice flour.
�-�️Again give a nice mix.
�-�️Place kadhai on medium flame. Add oil. Once oil is heated . Drop batter in form of small balls/vadas.
�-�️Deep fry till golden brown in colour.
�-�️Sprinkle podi powder/ chilli flakes. Serve hot.
