INGREDIENTS
Base- 1500 gm Oreo biscuit 50 gm melted unsalted butter Filling- 250 gm cream cheese 1/2 cup sugar 1 TSP vanilla 1/2-3/4 cup Dulce de leche/ caramel 1/4 cup elaichi toffee premium spread 2 tbsp veg gelatine 2 tbsp hot water 300 ml heavy whipping cream 8 elachi Flavour toffee chopped Topping- 1cup whippedcream 1 TSP vanilla 1 tbsp caramel Decoration- Caramelized elaichi |
METHOD
1- Grind the biscuits. mix biscuit powder and melted butter together. Press it on to the chesse cake base freeze it for 30 mins.
2- whip the cream to stiff peaks keep aside.
3- softed cream cheese+ sugar+ Dulce de leche+ elaichi toffee premium spread mix well
4- dissolve gelatine hot water 5 min aside.
5- add the whippedcream in chesse cream mix well and add slowly gelatine mix.. and chopped elaichi flavour toffee
6- pour this mixture on the top of the biscuit crush.
7- refrigerator for overnight to get it set.
Assembling
Serve it in a dish with caramel whippedcream topping and finally put a caramelized elaichi.
