INGREDIENTS
Puri ingredients
*1 cup Whole Wheat Flour
* ½ cup Fine Sooji
* ½ teaspoon Salt
* Warm water for kneading the dough
* Oil for frying

For the Stuffing
* 1 avocado diced
* ½ cup tomatoes
* ½ cup onion finely chopped
* ¼ cup boiled sweet corn
* 1 cup kidney beans boiled
* 2 tablespoon coriander leaves
* 1 tablespoon lemon Juice
* 1 teaspoon chat Masala
* salt to taste
* Fab Basil essence few drops
* Fab aam panna essence few drops
Other Ingredients
* 5 to 6puris
* Dahi
* Oregano
METHOD

* Mix whole wheat flour, sooji and salt in a bowl.
* Add warm water and knead to make dough of medium soft texture.
* Cover the dough with a damp cloth and keep aside for 15 minutes.
* Knead the dough once again for a minute .
* Make the balls from the dough.
* Roll the dough ball on slightly floured surface to make a thin circle.
* Cut the circle into small using a cookie cutter.
* Heat oil for frying in a pan.
* Once the oil is hot, reduce the heat to medium.
* Slide the puri into the hot oil and fry until they puff up and become golden brown.
* Flip the puri and fry from other side as well.
* Remove the puri on a plate lined with kitchen towel.

Prepare the Stuffing
* Take ripened avocados, cut them in half, and scoop the pulp .
* Add all remaining ingredients tomato, onions, boiled corn, kidney beans,coriander,chat masala and Essence mix well. Avocado Salsa is ready.

Assembling

Take the puri make a hole add the salsa sprinkle oregano .
In a serving plate .place thick curd . Place the salsa filled Puri and enjoy .
