INGREDIENTS
1 /2 cup Maida
1 tbsp powdered sugar
Pinch of salt
1/4 tsp ajwain
1 /2 tbsp ghee
1/4 cup Water (as required to knead a dough )
METHOD

Take all ingredients expect ghee and water in a bowl . Mix them
Well . Now add ghee and mix the mixture it should be crumbly. Now add water slowly Start kneading a stiff dough yet pliable . Don't use water in on go take slowly. Rest it for 10 mins
Baking of mathri tart
Roll a puri place in tart tin . Prick in middle with help of fork.
Bake it in preheat oven at 180degress for 20 mins untill golden brown.
Kesari shrikhand
1cup hangcurd
2 tbsp apurya kesar Mastani spread
Few drops of fab saffron essence
1 tbsp powdered sugar
Method
In a bowl take hung add sugar , essence and mix well.
Now add apurya spread and mix well and chill for sometime.

Assembling

Take the tart add kesari shrikhand and decorate with pistachio and rose petals and enjoy .
