Short Recipe Description

It is a crispy bread basket filled with goodness of fresh and green peas. It is filled with flavors of spices.

INGREDIENTS
For filling
200 gm Boiled Peas
Salt as per taste
½ tsp Chilli Flex
¼ tsp Oregano
1tsp Chat masala
½ tsp cumin powder (Jeera)
½ tsp cumin seeds
½ Fennel seeds (Roasted and crushed)
¼ tsp Black pepper (crushed)
1 tsp Amchur
2 tbsp oil
5-6 pieces brown bread
¼ Fab Natural Extract Ginger
¼ Fab Natural Extract Chilli

For Cheesy dip
2 cubes cheese (grated)
1 tsp milk powder
¼ tsp full cream milk
12 gm Salted butter (Cold)
5-6 drops Fab Premium Oil soluble Flavour Popcorn Essence
�...� tsp Red Chilli Powder
METHOD

For filling
Heat the oil in a pan and add cumin seeds in it.
Add boiled peas in it. Mix it well.
Add all spices.
Cook it for 5 min.
Add Fab Natural Extract Ginger and Fab Natural Extract Chilli
Mix it properly.
Adjust bread slices in the cavity of muffin tray.
Fill it with peas filling.
Bake it at 180℃ for 10-12 min.

For cheesy dip
Put all ingredients in a bowl and melt cheese in double boiler.
Mix it properly. Cook for 2 min. Keep the mixture on slightly liquid.
Add Fab Oil soluble Popcorn Essence. Mix it Properly.
Cheesy dip is ready

• Garnish it with grated carrot and radish
• Serve it hot with popcorn cheesy dip

Baker Tips/Notes

Adjust bread slices properly in muffin tray for proper shape of the basket.
